Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you fill out an estimate request on this site, call us, text us, or message us on Facebook, you may give us:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• The address or location where the vehicle, equipment or machine is sitting
• Details you choose to tell us about the job — year, make and model, symptoms, service history, timeline
• Photos, videos or scan-tool codes you send us of the problem

The estimate form on this site is handled by Formspree, a form service that receives what you type and emails it to us at eian.morgan2000@gmail.com. Formspree keeps a copy of the submission in our account there, and its own privacy policy covers what it does with it. Nothing is stored on this website itself — there is no database here.

How we use it

Only to do your job — reach you about your estimate, schedule the work, bill you, and follow up afterward. Nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers. We do not add you to a mailing list or send marketing. We do not use it to advertise to you anywhere, and we do not build a profile on you.

Who else sees it

Only people who need it to do your job: whoever is working on your machine, and occasionally a parts supplier, machine shop or specialist we bring in for one task. Two companies handle the message on the way to us: Formspree, which receives the form and forwards it, and Google, which hosts our email — so what you send lands in a Formspree account and then a Gmail inbox, each under its own privacy terms. We may also share information if the law requires it, or if it's needed to protect someone's safety or settle a dispute.

Photos of the work

We often photograph work in progress and finished repairs and post them on this site and on our Facebook page. We don't include your name or address, and we blur out plates and VINs. If you'd rather we didn't photograph your vehicle or machine at all, just tell us — before or after the job — and we'll leave it out or take it down.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The one thing it stores is whether you picked the light or dark version of the page, kept in your own browser so the site remembers next time — it never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it. Two parts of the page are loaded from outside services, the way most websites do it: the typeface comes from Google Fonts, the service-area map's code comes from unpkg, and its map images come from OpenStreetMap. Neither is given anything about you, but because your browser fetches those files directly, those companies can see your IP address and the fact that a page on this site was opened — the same as on any other site that uses them. Their own privacy terms cover what they do with that. The estimate form posts to Formspree when you submit it, so Formspree sees your IP address at that moment as well — but only if you actually send a form, not just by visiting. If we ever add analytics or anything else that watches visitors, we'll update this page before we turn it on.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and repair orders as long as we need them for our books, taxes, and warranty questions. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we're required to keep a record of the transaction.

Children

This is a service for vehicle and equipment owners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
